Define the occupancy scenario before capacity
Start with the maximum staff shift and then determine whether the project is intended to cover customers or other people who may be present in the shop, café or service area. A universal visitor coefficient should not be invented for every site.
Location requires project-specific safety review
- site plan and existing buildings;
- possible shelter locations rather than one unverified point;
- safe pedestrian routes from staffed and public zones;
- access for construction and installation equipment;
- existing utility networks and connection options;
- applicable fire, hazardous-area and other site-specific constraints.
Budget the complete site intervention
The project cost can include design, source surveys, the shelter structure, site preparation, logistics, crane work, utility connections, engineering systems and reinstatement of the operating site. A structure-only quotation does not represent the complete implementation budget.
