0/3Mark an item only after actual verification or documented confirmation within your contracted scope. 100% only means that the user has closed every control item in this checklist; it is not an acceptance certificate, legal opinion or confirmation of regulatory status.
Start with the contracted scope
Acceptance criteria depend on what was actually procured. A product-only supply, supply with installation, capital construction, reconstruction or a separate engineering package can require very different deliverables.
The checklist therefore does not assume that every work package belongs in every contract. Close an item only after it has been reviewed within the actual scope you are accepting.
100% is not a legal acceptance decision
The percentage only shows how many control items the user has marked as closed. It does not replace an acceptance certificate, construction supervision, design supervision, as-built documentation, testing or any other project-specific procedure that may be required.
After handover, check operational readiness separately
Acceptance answers whether the contracted result has been delivered and documented. It should not automatically be treated as proof that the facility remains practically ready afterwards. Use a separate post-handover check for access, engineering systems, documentation and assigned operating responsibility.
